How cancellation, trials and refunds work for VoqText subscriptions.

Billing is not yet enabled; this policy describes the rules that will apply when paid plans open through the payment provider named at checkout. Exact terms shown at checkout take precedence.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Cancelling a trial before it ends means you are not charged.
Refunds
- Charges for the current period are generally not refunded once minutes or exports have been used, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
- Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation and service failures on our side are refunded in full.
- Refund requests go through the contact page with the invoice reference; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
