Agreement

By creating an account or using VoqText as a guest you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the acceptable use policy. If you use VoqText for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Your content and rights

• You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything produced from it.
• You confirm that you own the content or have permission from everyone in it to process it, and that any recording complied with applicable consent laws.
• You grant VoqText only the license needed to store, process and display your content to you and your workspace members, and to configured providers for processing on your behalf.
• VoqText imports from third-party services only through accounts you connect yourself (for example a cloud drive, or captions from your own YouTube channel), and never scrapes platform pages or bypasses access controls, DRM or platform terms.

Accounts, workspaces and guests

• You are responsible for your credentials and for activity in your workspace.
• Guest projects are temporary, bound to the browser session that created them, and deleted after the published retention period unless claimed.
• Claiming a guest project moves it into your workspace; registration alone does not unlock results that require an eligible plan.

Plans, trials and payment

Plans, allowances, trial terms and prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page when billing is enabled. Payments are handled by the payment provider named at checkout; VoqText never stores card details. Renewal amounts and dates are shown before you confirm. Usage limits, including minutes and storage, are enforced server-side. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Nature of the output

Transcripts are machine-generated drafts, and highlights and chapters are selected automatically from them. They can contain errors and must be reviewed before you rely on them. VoqText does not provide legal, medical, financial or investment advice and does not produce certified transcripts.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms with notice on this page. Providers used for processing may change; the AI processing disclosure is kept current.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable use policy. On termination, content is deleted according to the data retention policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VoqText is provided “as is”, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Governing law and venue are to be specified by counsel for the operating entity.
